Amendments to RNP-000: Streamlining Governance

Render Network has proposed significant amendments to RNP-000 to enhance community involvement and simplify the governance process. These changes include reducing the quorum requirement to 15%, removing the 'Render Network Team Review' phase, and offering additional details on Render Network Grants. The amendments aim to minimize centralized decision-making and clarify the distinction between RNPs and Render Foundation Grants.

RNP-013: Year 1 Emissions Rebalancing

RNP-013 suggests reorganizing the year-1 node emissions to create a long-term emissions pool for Data Generation rewards. This rebalancing also includes an allocation for Node Availability Rewards, designed to boost Node Emissions and ensure a more efficient distribution of rewards across the network.

RNP-015: Availability Rewards

RNP-015 introduces a reward mechanism for active nodes that operate independently of emissions for processing compute work. This proposal addresses the challenges of maintaining a consistent supply for scaling decentralized compute networks.
